Inside Me

We have just begun a new unit of inquiry called “Inside Me” so over the next six weeks the students will be focused on the human body and how different parts of the body work together to keep us alive. It promises to be very interesting and will involve us looking at the role of the skeleton and also how the bodies respiratory, circulatory and digestive systems function and relate to one another. The students are naturally very curious about this topic and among them have generated numerous terrific questions and ‘wonderings’. Of course you are invited to share any resources you feel may be of benefit to your student’s classroom and we encourage you to chat to your child about the body and how important its is to eat healthy, exercise and keep it running.
